Interestingly, mine passed with no reverse lights. The switch is still knackered - keep meaning to do it but never seem to get around.

Reverse lights/light is not included in the MOT in fact a car does not by law have to have them fitted. But if fitted and not working a police officer can give you a ticket! Work that out!
