The general tone of the post made me expect a picture, but there isn't one. Strange.
Anyway, its Leicester where they dump trash in the street. Snotts folk don't bother taking it into the street, they just drop it on the carpet. Whereas, we DERBYSHIRE folk are very civilised, we have wheelie bins.
