Had a spirited discussion with a mate today about best band ever, and thought since we are all posting topics on pain of pain thought I would open it up for deep meaningfull discussion So then guys who's the best band ever?
For me its got to be BLACK SABBATH feel free to disagree all sugestions valid, unless anyone mentions Coldplay

'Thin Lizzy' or AC DC, or really being obscure anyone remember 'Lone Star?' (the 1974 band, not that crappy C&W outfit)

All awsome bands guys sensing a definate rock theme going here. Dont remember Lone Star though, if you want obscure how about The Guess Who ?

Yeah I do some work now and then with a Hospital radio station... we have some 16/17 year olds coming in, that have NEVER seen an LP, or a 45 rpm single! lol

Gotta love that vynal, wont fit in the CD player though

Well a quick look at my iPhone says the most played band is AC/DC (back in black) followed by Robyn thus proving variety is the spice of life !!
