New Job

Started the new job today. Spent almost the entire day being introduced shaking peoples hands

Bad time of year for it too... I hope you manage to avoid the Christmas Party. Nowt worse than an office party with people you don't know... hang on... yes there is; an office party with people you do know!

Hmmmm christmas party, already booked on to it as I am still working for the same company just a diffrent department and building and they throw one big bash.

Could go well could go badly, but will I still have my old work colleagues to talk to as well. However it is free unlimited beer and wine so could and quite possibly will end up making a left door handle of myself in front my new bosses

Highways Agency ont to christmas partys but have managed to do a £20.00 meal deal with free house drinks for the night

Police drink like fish and as half our staff are ex police, should be a good night
