Hi we got back very late tuesday night via Ukrane.Poland.Czech and Germany.It seemed rude not to stop off on the way home


For the record we covered 5600 miles visiting 15 countrys and seeing some amazing sights.

want to driver the Banana down there, have only ever seen 1 924 in the 6 years ive been going and the 1 year i lived there.
know ive got euro cover but im still not confident.

Don't worry just go if i ever thought about some of the road trips I have done I would never gone. Just pack the car and go........

What Chris said, just do it. I took Merlin across to the 'ring 3 times. It even made it back twice! And boy did it get some abuse at the 'ring.
The thing is, the Toofah is a simply engineered car and most stuff can be fixed or bodged at the roadside and what can't be bodged can be fixed by pretty much any garage on the planet. Just take a basic spares kit with you, stuff like fan belts, dizzy cap a couple of leads and maybe a fuel pump.

You have to do it Andy, be a crime not to.

The way I see it, most cars even daily toofah's do a 1000 miles a month or more, the costa in Spain is about 1.5k so just check everything and go for it, there's not much will kill the engine and if it does need anything while you're there parts can be sources or even posted over for you from the UK while you're there.
I think you'd be surprised how well the old banana would cope with it

The chap who had my Cab before me used it every summer to tour Europe and even down through Italy. It has made it to the Ring and back 5 times I think without incident
