Just seen this on bbc news 24 - thought the same myself, fair play to him!

He's the man..

What a legend.

I sat in awe reading his story for half an hour last night.

He won by 29 seconds. No doubt his racing lines were perfect!

He has only gone and done it again!

Completely the opposite.

What I'm loving about the Paralympics most, is the chance to educate my own children about people with disabilities.

When the Russian swimming team came out yesterday, my daughter exclaimed, "Oh no, look at those!"

Was just about to reprimand her, when she continued ... "Look at those cool pink swimming hats"

As a reward, she is getting a pink swimming hat today and a trip to the swimming pool.

When they say "Inspire a generation" ... they should say ... "Inspire every generation"

I doff my hat (not a pink swimming one) to all the Olympians and Paralympians that we have seen to date. London 2012 has been fantastic.
