The Boxster is the modern 914, and just like the 914 and the 924 they are plagued with the notion of not really being a Porsche.
Boxster has better handling due to its engine position than any 911 and it does need 4 wheel drive to achieve it
If it had a boot I'd buy one without any hesitation, as my '44 is a daily drive I need the boot space for gigs or I'd have probably given it serious though.

Fuel is $1.22 a litre
Rego for 4 cyl is about $650 including third party insurance
Comprehensive ins. is about $250 for the 924
Some things are cheaper (houses) and some arent. cars are ridiculously priced.
Its all relevent to the wages i suppose.

ive not drove it a lot yet as ive been doing jobs on it ,but i reckon it will do about late twenties to thirty,they are a very nice drive and a great driving position
