Re: my surinum red 924
perfectly correct steering wheel, its a 3 slider heater so its from just before the switch to rotary heater and 3 spoke wheel, must be something of a crossover as it has the VAG stalks, but I think the seats shuit it with the wheels etc.
looks great IMO

Re: my surinum red 924
not an easy colour to paint with, water based with 2k clearcoat, the auto paint guys battle to mix the surinumrot as it keeps on seperating, lol you have to spray shaking the paintgun

I maintain that my badge panel is fine, but apparently the rest of the forum think otherwise.

Re: my surinum red 924
I think it looks great! Seats are wonderful.
It's your car...you "improve" it to suit YOU, no one else.
What would they think of mine (when its finished) with a Momo D shaped steering wheel & red & black seats...

Re: my surinum red 924
I'm wondering what to do about my seats, would like to get some spare bits of the material, but if not I was thinking of looking for a full black pinstripe interior with all carpets and bits, just need seats in better condition

Re: my surinum red 924
Hey thanks Rich. Thats a very generous offer!
Fun aside, my badge panel really isn't that bad, just needs a proper cut and polish really. Its also a weld on job, so I would prob ruin it getting it off the car!

Re: my surinum red 924
I have a replacement sunroof that needs paint. If the offer of painting still stands I may bring it along to the Sandwell show and leave it with you if that is ok. That way I would only have to pay postage one way or collect if we meet up again at another show
