Hello All,

Two years ago the wife said I could have a weekend car, so without asking twice went looking for a Porsche 924.

Why a 924 you may ask? Well some years ago a mate had a 924 Le-mans, it
was cheap, fun, easy to maintain, looked good and it was a Porker,
sadly though it went up in flames due to dodgy wiring.

So I set out to looking for a 924 Lux in Black. Found my Porker on
ebay, paid 240 quid for it, had it towed home and its been on the Axel
stands every since.
My aim is to do a nut and bolt restoration and to preserve the car for
another 26 years. So far the engine has been rebuilt, I have purchased
a garage load of replacement parts, have re-worked a load of components
and this year its all going back in with the hope that it will be road
worthy for the end of the summer.
