Toned down martini
well thought I would post a few pics of my wifes 924 martini,some of you may have seen it on ebay as she now has a 944,took it into my workshop for the afternoon and made it a little more tastefull,polished it removed some decals and painted the mirrors and sills[img][/img][img][/img][img][/img]also fitted a cone filter and cleaned fuel system and injectors,cone filter makes a hell of a differance and much more respons[img][/img]ive[img][/img]

If they are selling that quick, surely its worth your while adding another 20% to whatever you first think of, and testing the water?

As an aside, how did you secure the Cone filter to the airbox. Would it be possible to fit a CAI? Like the idea, looks well.

not sure what a CAI is lol the turbo cone filter is a very easy fit,and fits exact to the hole in the airbox,I just drilled a few small holes and i=used short screws,you just have to make sure the airbox is sealed,I used a bit of rubber sealer,you can really feel the difference and makes the car far more responsive,car sounds and drives much better,

Sorry about the lingo. CAI is just short for cold air intake. Thanks for the info. Would like to hide the filter down lower, for a slightly more stealthy finish.

if you can find a large enough pipe to fit the hole then ,I think it would be quite easy
