Anyone that can pick up a 951 front bumper for me in SW UK?

i still couldn't find a company that would actually go and pick up the damn thing and ship it over to RO.
the best offer i got is to have it shipped to London by my own means and then they would send it to RO for 45 quid....from London

bumper is in St Austell and needs to go to London.
