battery price ?
924 's'
what should I be paying for a 'budget' battery ? and where from ?
Wifey's has started to stop starting !
It's been playing up for the last 5 winters , but now finally decided it's had enough off being out in the cold.
I'm in Coventry, looking for somewhere local.
oh ... and last time I bought a battery is was lead - and acid !
now I'm seeing calcium - silver - gel - ...... wot's all that about then

Re: battery price ?
I bought one from Halfrauds - about a tonne in price, easy to go pick up from and get going - that or find your nearest motor factors (I have an S2 so got something with a little more juice than the original). I bought a calcium one, HCB096 with a four year guarantee.
Good luck!

Re: battery price ?
Thanks, but I was hoping to spend about half that !
a good old fashioned lead acid has been good enough so far .

Re: battery price ?
something like a small diesel will have a small and powerful battery, but I measure and I have a rubber pad on top of battery.
